Il Novello si presenta con un colore rosso violaceo intenso. Esplode con profumi vivaci di ciliegia fresca e fragole mature. Al palato, è fruttato, con note di mora e ribes. Perfetto per accompagnare antipasti, salumi, formaggi freschi e castagne; offre un'esperienza giovane e festosa, catturando l'atmosfera vibrante e gioiosa del Veneto orientale.

Va servito leggermente fresco a 12-14°C. Prodotto senza l’aggiunta di Solfiti.

The Novello has an intense purplish red colour. It explodes with lively aromas of fresh cherries and ripe strawberries. On the palate, it is fruity, with notes of blackberry and currant. Perfect with antipasti, cold meats, fresh cheeses and chestnuts; it offers a youthful and festive experience, capturing the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of the eastern Veneto.

Serve slightly chilled at 12-14°C. Produced without the addition of sulphites.
